Restorative Justice Practices
We specialize in using Restorative Justice Practices in schools and organizations to build a sense of community through positive relationships, repairing harm, and restoring relationships. In schools our transformational training helps to improve staff to staff, staff to student, and student to student relationships. For organizations we help to build a sense of community through team building and providing a safe space for deep and emotional conversations.

Restorative Justice Practice 4 Day Circle Training
This transformational experience will prepare teachers, staff, administrators, and community partners with an understanding of how circles create a safe space for students and adults while supporting the Social Emotional Learning of students.
Restorative Conflict Resolution
We provide conflict resolution to schools and organizations through Healing Circles and/or Restorative Conversations.
Race and Restorative Justice
In this session we create a safe space for conversations around race and its impact.
Community Building
We provide team building services that are perfect for meetings and work retreats.
